Mouth acidosis

Hello
I'm writing from Italy and I have a problem I don't know how to solve
Anytime I eat something sugary or starchy (potatoes, fruits, juices, sweets,
vegetables creams, rice, cereals)
I got an annoying strong acid taste in my mouth and I also got a strong
headache and feel spacey
It smeels and taste like rotten fruits and vinegar
I asked my physician and she said that it were acetone
I checked my fasting glycaemia and it's normal (83) so this acid taste is
not due to a sugar metabolism problem
My physician just gave up and she doesn't know what in the world I have
What do you think this acidic taste in the mouth (but not a gastrict reflux)
could be ?
What kind of specialist should I consult ?
Thanks in advance for your answers
